Who is responsible for your information

This website belongs to Alan Muñoz, trading as Almavis Project from Australia. For any privacy question you can email info@almavisproject.com.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us in the assessment questionnaire: your name, email, role, country, phone (optional), your company name, industry and size, the processes and tools you mention, and any comments you write.

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Where we measure visits, we use a cookie-free analytics tool that does not identify visitors.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to your request, prepare and arrange your free assessment and, if you decide to work with us, manage that relationship. We don't sell it, we don't share it for marketing purposes, and we won't send you marketing without your permission.

Where it is processed

Questionnaire responses are sent to our automation system (n8n) and to our email, both of which run on servers provided by third parties. Some of these servers may be located outside Australia. We choose reputable providers and take reasonable steps to ensure they handle the information securely.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. If we don't end up working together, we delete it once it is no longer needed — or sooner if you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your information by emailing info@almavisproject.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.

If you believe we haven't handled your information properly, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
